---|---|
Versatile product | COTY TWL can be used for used for cellulose, regenerated cellulosic material as well as synthetic material. |
Improve the strength and abrasion resistance of the fabric or yarn | COTY TWL compensate the loss of tearing and tensile strength in resin finishing, & it also avoid thermal yellowing. |
Improve the sew ability of fabric | COTY TWL is high density poly olefin wax which reduce penetration force of high speed needle thus improves the sew ability of fabric. |
imparts yarn lubrication | It reduce fiber to fiber as well as fiber to metal friction. |
Suitable for both batch and continuous method of application | Suitable for all types of machines like, soft flow, jigger & padding. |
It imparts smooth and soft feel to the substrate | Provides surface smoothing and handle modifier effect. |
Can be used in long liquor ratios | It can be used in exhaust as well by padding method. |

FAQS
Cutting-Edge Fashion & Textile Solutions
COTY TWL can be used on cellulose, regenerated cellulosic, and synthetic materials, providing smoothness, soft feel, and improved fabric strength.
It enhances abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and sewability while reducing friction in yarns to avoid breakages in weaving looms.
Use 10-40 gpl via the padding method or 1-3% by exhaust. It can also be used in resin finishes for additional durability.
