MOSTURE MANAGEMENT:
A moisture management finish is a textile treatment that enhances a fabric’s ability to wick away sweat and moisture from the skin, allowing it to evaporate quickly. This finish helps keep the wearer dry and comfortable by improving the fabric’s breathability and drying rate.
COTY HYDROFLEX PRO:
COTY HYDROFLEX PRO is specially formulated as a moisture management, soil release & antistatic agent for the treatment of 100% polyester fabrics and polyester rich blends. Improves wearer comfort by enhanced absorption of perspiration and also gives softer handle to unsoften fabrics.

– DURABILITY OF FINISH – By Drying at 120℃ and Curing at 170-180℃ durability of finish can be increased
For polyester and elastane blend
– Exhaust method with dyestuff
COTY HYDROFLEX PRO: 2.0 – 3.0% o.w.f.
Acetic acid: 0.2 – 1.0 g/l
Dyes: X% o.w.f.
Levelling agent: Y% o.w.f.
Liquor ratio: 1 to 10:20
Temp: 90 – 100℃
Time: 20 – 40 mins.
It will function as the following:
– Anti-creasing in dye bath
– Effective rinsing of polyester
– Durable anti-static agent and
– Pleasing Natural soft handle
– By padding method
10-15 gpl COTY HYDROFLEX PRO by padding before heat set on polyester elastane fabric.
For 100% polyester yarn and sewing threads
1.0 – 2.0% o.w.f. of COTY HYDROFLEX PRO is recommended.
For polyester/wool blends
In certain areas of humidity, problems of static charge build-up on polyester/wool blend fabrics may occur. These problems can be resolved by padding the fabric with 10 – 20 g/l of COTY HYDROFLEX PRO.
Moisture management finish along with very good softening on polyester and nylon fabrics
– By padding method:
COTY AQUASOFT PLUS: 10 – 20 g/l
COTY HYDROFLEX PRO: 10 – 15 g/l
Pad & dry at 110 – 120℃
Cure at 160 – 170℃ for 40 seconds
– By exhaust method:
COTY AQUASOFT PLUS: 1 – 2% o.w.f.
COTY HYDROFLEX PRO: 2– 3% o.w.f
pH: 5 – 6
Time: 15 – 20 mins.
Temp.: R.T. or 40-45℃
