ADILON INDIFIX is advanced wet rub fastness improver for cellulosic and blends providing enhanced fastness properties previously unattainable without the use of harmful chemistry and negative influence on the fabrics natural ascetics. It improves the wet rubbing fastness of dyeing and prints with reactive dyes on cellulosic fibers.

Application:
Based on different kind and concentration of dyes, different kind and pattern oftreated fabric, dosage as below:
- Dipping (washing only):
ADILON INDIFIX : 2 – 4% (O.W.F) (Adjustment base on color)
Bath ratio : 1:10–20
Dyed fabric (pH<=7) dip for30mins dry & cure at 160 ̊C for 2mins. - Padding:
ADILON INDIFIX : 30 – 50 g/L
Dyed fabrics (pH <= 7) → one dip & pad with water retention 80 – 85% → dry & cure at 160 ̊C for 2min. - Exhaust:
ADILON INDIFIX : 30 – 50 g/L
Dyed fabrics (pH <= 7) → one dip & pad with water retention 80 – 85% → dry & cure at 160 ̊C for 2min.
Notice:
- Prepared solution should be used immediately and make sure the working liquid atapprox.25 – 40 ̊C. Please test before using.
- Please clean up the alkali (pH less than 7), salt and soaping agent of the fabric beforeusing wet rubbing fastness improving agent ADILON INDIFIX.
- Please clear away foaming or groove and change the working liquid because it will have a lot of foam when it use for a long time.
- Maintain the pH of 5 – 6.
