ADILON FDF is a low formaldehyde cationic dye-fixing agent for reactive and direct dyed and printed fabrics. Due to its unique characteristics, it not only improves wash fastness, particularly staining on multi-fibre but also improves fastness to perspiration and fastness to water contact. ADILON FDF shows minimum effect on light fastness and on the shade of the treated material. It can be applied by exhaust as well as pad application.

Medium Shade – 1.0 – 2.0 % O.W.F
Dark Shade – 2.0 – 4.0 % O.W.F
ADILON FDF is treated at 40°C – 50°C for 20 – 30 minutes at pH 5 – 6 with acetic acid. - Continuous process – padding :

Light Shade – 10 – 15 g/l
Medium Shade – 15 – 25 g/l
Dark Shade – 25 – 35 g/l
ADILON FDF recommended by following application, depending on the depth of the shade.
