PROZYME EPRK is concentrated enzyme based peroxide killer specially designed for complete decomposition of hydrogen peroxide from the fabric after bleaching process before reactive and direct dyes are applied.

STORAGE STABILITY

PROZYME EPRK is stable for 1 year when properly stored in closed containers at 20°C. The product is sensitive to temperatures below 0°C and above 40 °C.

The usual hygiene and safety rules for handling chemicals should be observed in storage, handling and use. The product must not be swallowed.

Application:

  • PROZYME EPRK can be applied by exhaust as well as continuous process.
  • The amount of ADILON EPRK required is depends of amount of residual peroxide used for bleaching in exhaust process an amount of 0.3 to 1.0 gpl is recommended.
  • Residual peroxide can be checked using peroxide strips.
