COTY ID 3040 is a new generation silicone softener of a blocked-modified silicone polymer that provides inner softness to the fabric. It imparts inner softness to different fabrics. Due to its blocked property it works as a cross linking agent with fibers & fabrics & this affinity lasts permanently.
