Application:
- Preparation of Stock paste:
10 to 12 parts of flakes in soaked in 50 parts cold soaked for overnight, add remaining cold water 40 parts & stir for 30 min, with high speed stirrer. - By Padding method:
– 10 – 40 gms/l of C-SOFT FLAKES (10% stock solution) is recommended in the padding bath depending on the type of fabric and desired softness.
– Maintain the pH 4.5 – 5.5 in the bath. - By Exhaust method:
– 0.5 – 2.0 % of C-SOFT FLAKES (10% stock solution) is recommended in the exhaust method depending on the type of fabric and desired softness.
– Maintain the pH 4.5 – 5.5 in the bath.
