STORAGE STABILITY
BIOZYME PROTECT is stable for 1 year when properly stored in closed containers at 20°C. The product is sensitive to temperatures below 0°C and above 40°C.
ECOLOGY AND TOXICITY
The usual hygiene and safety rules for handling chemicals should be observed in storage, handling and use. The product must not be swallowed.
Application:
Dosage of BIOZYME PERCELL shall vary from process to process.
- BIOZYME PERCELL : 0.5% – 1% o.w.f. / as per effect required
- pH : 6 – 6.5
- Temp. : 50-60⁰C
- Time : 30-40 Min
Check H2O2 residue after 15-20 min. Confirm that it should be nil and follow dyeing as per customer’s dyeing procedure. During exhaustion of dye, bio-polishing will be also simultaneously taken place for 35-45 min. At the end of 50-60 min, alkali to be added where enzyme gets deactivated and dye get fixed to the substrate or can be deactivated by increasing the temperature to 80⁰C for 10 mins.
