STORAGE STABILITY
ADILON SEQUASTAB is stable for 1 year when properly stored in closed containers at 20°C. The product is sensitive to temperatures below 0°C and above 40°C.

The usual hygiene and safety rules for handling chemicals should be observed in storage, handling and use. The product must not be swallowed.
Application:
- One Bath Bleaching Scouring Process:
– NaoH – 1-2 % OWF
– H2o2 – 2% OWF
– ADILON SEQUASTAB –0.3 – 0.5 % OWF
– ADILON CBX – 0.5 – 2% OWF
– ADILON NT – 1- 3 gpl (as per water hardness)
– Run at 90⁰C-95 ⁰C for 30 to 45 Min, Rinse with Hot, Warm and then Cold water. - Neutralisation & Killer Process:
– ADILON NT – 0.5 – 1 gpl
– PROZYME EPRK – 0.2 – 0.5 gpl
– Run at R.T. for 15 Min, Rinse with Hot, Warm and then Cold water. - Continuous Bleaching Process:
– ADILON SEQUASTAB 1/5th to 1/6th on the basis of hydrogen peroxide dosages on open width pad steam units, J Box, U Box and Immersion bleaching. - Semi-Continuous Bleaching Process:
– 03 – 10 ml/l ADILON SEQUASTAB, on pad roll and oration machine, cold pad batch bleach alone, or with stock steam bleaching.
