STORAGE STABILITY
ADILON PDC is stable for 1 year when properly stored in closed containers at 20 °C. The product is sensitive to temperatures below O °C and above 40 °C.

Application:
Dosages of wetting agents can different as per quality of fabric & liquor ratio general recipes are given below
- De-sizing: by Exhaust Method:
– PROZYME SIZE-X – 0.3 to 1.0 gpl (as per quality of fabric)
– ADILON PDC – 0.5 – 1.5 g/l
– MLR 1:5 TO 01:10
– Adjust pH – 5.5, Temperature – 85⁰c for 30 Min Followed by Hot Wash and Cold Wash. - Bleaching: by Exhaust Method:
– Hydrogen Peroxide – 2 owf
– Caustic Soda – 1.5 – 2% owf
– ADILON PDC – 0.5 – 1 % owf
– MLR 1:5 TO 01:10
– Temperature – 90 – 95⁰c for 30 – 45 Min Followed by Hot Wash and Cold Wash. - Bleaching: by Pad Steam (Continuous Bleaching):
– Hydrogen Peroxide – 20 – 50 ml/lit
– Caustic Soda – 06 – 10 gpl
– ADILON SEQUASTAB – 4 – 8 ml/lit
– ADILON PDC – 4 – 5 gpl
– Steam Temperature – 102⁰ for 12-18 min Followed by Killer, Hot Wash and Cold Wash
