| Compatible with enzyme to improve de-sizing | ADILON HYPERDET is compatible with all the usual desizing agents, e.g. Malt, Pancreatic or Bacterial amylases. It is therefore well suited as a wetting agent in the desizing bath where the goods are normally entered in a dry state. |
| Excellent degreasing in semi-continuous process | It enables desizing and boiling-off, or boiling-off and bleaching, to be combined in single operations. Synthetic polyamide fibres, pressured with ADILON HYPERDET, have no tendency to yellowing during the subsequent thermosetting treatment. STORAGE STABILITY
ADILON HYPERDET is stable for 1year when properly stored in closed containers at 20 °C. The product is sensitive to temperatures below O °C and above 40 °C.

Application:
Dosages of wetting agents can different as per quality of fabric & liquor ratio, general recipes are given below:
- De-sizing:
– PROZYME SIZE-X – 0.3 to 01 gpl (as per quality of fabric)
– ADILON HYPERDET – 01-1.5 g/l
– MLR 1:5 TO 01:10
– Adjust pH – 5.5, Temperature – 85⁰ for 20 – 30 Min Followed by Hot Wash and Cold wash. - Bleaching:
– Hydrogen Peroxide – 2 owf
– Caustic Soda – 1.5 – 2% owf
– ADILON HYPERDET – 2 % owf
– MLR 1:5 TO 01:10
– Temperature – 90 – 95⁰ for 30 – 45 Min Followed by Hot Wash and Cold Wash. - Scouring Of Synthetic Fabric:
– Soda Ash – 1.5 – 2% owf
– ADILON HYPERDET – 1 – 2 % owf
– MLR 1:5 TO 01:10
– Temperature – 80 – 85⁰ for 30 Min Followed by Hot Wash and Cold Wash.
