ADILON CHP contains special acidic components. Avoidance of yellowing of FWA treated material | Removal of residual alkali and core neutralization of the textile goods to enhance the quality and reproductivity of the subsequent processing steps. The pH values on the stored materials remain constant. Avoidance of the formation of neutralization salts which can disrupt the subsequent dyeing, printing and finishing. |
Complexing dispersing power with threshold effect | Through final cleaning of textile goods and machine parts. |
ADILON CHP is not volatile, does not develop any odour and is free of mineral acids and surfactants. The product does not foam and gives no artificial re-wetting properties | Can be added at the end of the washing range without danger of corrosion in machines such as stenter. |
Liquid, pumpable formulation, miscible with water, without phosphorus | Simple handling, ideal for automatically pH controlled dosing. Environmentally friendly. |
Not toxic or harmful to aquatic organisms | APEO, NPEO Free product. |

Application:
- Dilution:
ADILON CHP cracking agent is easily miscible with water in all proportions and can be used, diluted as well as undiluted, for automatic dosing systems. - Required amounts:
The exact amount to be applied depend on the residual alkalinity and impurities on the textile goods (determined by the process, washing range and fabric quality), the required final pH and cleanness of the fiber and the quality of the industrial water. - Examples:
Continuous washing range the product can be added at the end of the range, after alkaline pretreatment process, through a pH controlled automatic dosing system. The pH in the bath should be around 4 to 5 ensure a fully neutralized fiber. - Discontinuous process:
ADILON CHP agent can be added in the final rinse after an alkaline pretreatment step with a concentration of about 0.2 – 0.5 ml/l, as general guide for a liquor ratio of 1:10, to obtain properly neutralized and cleaned goods.
