Therefore ADILON HYPERDET is well suited as an additive for continuous process. |
Provide instant wetting to substrate | ADILON HYPERDET effects immediate wetting of the goods with the alkaline liquor and accelerates the boiling-off process. Fats, waxes & other impurities are suspended in and easily removed by, the subsequent rinses. Cotton goods, kier-boiled-off with ADILON HYPERDET, are clean and extremely absorbent. |
Compatible with enzyme to improve de-sizing | ADILON HYPERDET is compatible with all the usual desizing agents, e.g. Malt, Pancreatic or Bacterial amylases. It is therefore well suited as a wetting agent in the desizing bath where the goods are normally entered in a dry state. |
Excellent degreasing in semi-continuous process | It enables desizing and boiling-off, or boiling-off and bleaching, to be combined in single operations. Synthetic polyamide fibres, pressured with ADILON HYPERDET, have no tendency to yellowing during the subsequent thermosetting treatment. A prescouring with ADILON HYPERDET is also of advantage for other synthetic fibres. |

STORAGE STABILITY
ADILON HYPERDET is stable for 1year when properly stored in closed containers at 20 °C. The product is sensitive to temperatures below O °C and above 40 °C.

Application:
Dosages of wetting agents can different as per quality of fabric & liquor ratio, general recipes are given below:
- De-sizing:
– PROZYME SIZE-X – 0.3 to 01 gpl (as per quality of fabric)
– ADILON HYPERDET – 01-1.5 g/l
– MLR 1:5 TO 01:10
– Adjust pH – 5.5, Temperature – 85⁰ for 20 – 30 Min Followed by Hot Wash and Cold wash. - Bleaching:
– Hydrogen Peroxide – 2 owf
– Caustic Soda – 1.5 – 2% owf
– ADILON HYPERDET – 2 % owf
– MLR 1:5 TO 01:10
– Temperature – 90 – 95⁰ for 30 – 45 Min Followed by Hot Wash and Cold Wash. - Scouring Of Synthetic Fabric:
– Soda Ash – 1.5 – 2% owf
– ADILON HYPERDET – 1 – 2 % owf
– MLR 1:5 TO 01:10
– Temperature – 80 – 85⁰ for 30 Min Followed by Hot Wash and Cold Wash.
