Characteristics |
Benefits |
---|---|
Very good detergency and emulsifying power | With the pronounced emulsifying action, which promotes the removal of hydrophobic impurities and pigment soil from cotton, regenerated and synthetic fibres and from wool and wool blends during pre-treatment process and improve the absorbency of textile material. |
Provide wetting to substrate | Faster wetting property, thus reducing process time. |
Good scouring agent can be used in pre-treatment of synthetic fabric for removing synthetic size and resin | Removal of spin finishes. |
Multifunctional uses | Can be used for carbonising of wool. |
Low foaming | Very low foaming and hence suitable for long liquor exhaust process in high shear machines like jet, soft flow, winch and cabinet as well as high speed jigger. |
