ADILON ACX a preparation and dye bath lubricant to prevent rope marks, creasing and abrasion in cellulosic fabrics and minimize tendency of color streakiness in winch/jet machines; it is also an efficient one-bath scour-dye anti-crease auxiliary for jet processing of polyester.
Characteristics |
Benefits |
---|---|
Low foaming in nature | It is low-foaming and facilitates smooth running in jet machines with higher machine loading at shorter liquor ratios. |
Free from oil and surfactants | ADILON ACX Promotes opening of the fabric rope and displacement of folds or creases in cellulosic and polyester. |
Good emulsification power | Has excellent emulsifying properties for residual oils, waxes and enable a single-bath scour-dye process for 100% polyester. |
Reduce fabric to metal & fabric to fabric friction | It reduces the friction level between fabric surface and machine surface, thus preventing the crease formation. |
It has good stability and compatibility | Stable over wide pH and temperature range. & compatible with all scouring, bleaching & dyeing chemicals. Does not hinder amylase and cellulose enzyme performance. |
Minimise cracking issue of critical fabrics | Most recommended for fabrics with cracking problems such as spandex, lycra, rayon and shirting-suiting fabrics. |

Application:
As a preparation and dye bath lubricant for cellulose and blends:
1.0 g/l – 2.0 g/l ADILON ACX, Add to the scour/bleach bath, to the dye bath, and the boiling rinse bath in winch or jet machines.
Set the bath at 50°C
Add 3.5 – 7 g/l ADILON ACX
Run for 5 – 10 Min
Add ADILON DYE-AIO – 1 gpl
Adjust pH at 4.5-5
Add the requisite amount of well-dispersed dyes, raise the temperature to130-135oC and maintain there for 15-30 minutes before cooling and draining.
The oil and wax emulsifying properties of ADILON ACX along with its dye bath lubricant action ensure a level dyeing, free from spots, stains and creases, without a separate scouring process.
