ADILON HLPW is a high power wetting agent and detergent with very good rewetting action and extremely low foaming, for discontinuous pre treatment processes on cellulosic and their blends with synthetics.
It can be used in the following processes:
- Enzymatic Desizing
- Discontinuous bleaching with hydrogen peroxide
- Alkaline Cracking of cellulosic and their blends
- Acid Cracking
- Washing of all kinds of fibers
Characteristics |
Benefits |
---|---|
Very good detergency and emulsifying power | Removes oily and greasy impurities as well as sizing and soil particles. Results in a good hydrophillicity. Increases safety and reproducibility for subsequent processing stages. |
Good wetting properties | Smooth and trouble-free loading and running of goods. |
Good resistance to oxidative and reductive bleaching agents. Good stability to alkali and acids. Very good compatibility with enzymes. | All round application. Reduces storekeeping. |
Low foaming | High stability of product and application liquors. No risk of separation liquors. No risk of separation in machines with vigorous liquor circulation. Low foaming throughout processing. |
