Benefits |
---|---|
Excellent Penetration wetting properties in alkaline bath suitable for continuous process | As a low-foaming padding auxiliary in continuous and semi-continuous dyeing processes, ADILON FDA increases the liquor pickup, improves penetration, and produces a uniform fabric appearance. |
Good detergency and emulsifying power | Removes oily and greasy impurities as well as sizing and soil particles. Results in a good hydrophilicity. Increases safety and reproducibility for subsequent processing stages. |
Compatible with wide range of products and pH range | Compatible with enzyme to improve de-sizing. Excellent compatibility with all class of dyes excellent stability in pH between 5 to 10. |
Eco-friendly product | APEO Fee eco-friendly detergent, which is stable to acid, alkali, beaching agent and workable at high temperature and high pressure. |
Low foaming | Owing to its low foam development and good wetting action, ADILON FDA ensures rapid de-aeration of wound packages in long dye liquors and promotes penetration of the material by the liquor. Very low foaming and hence suitable for long liquor exhaust process in high Shear machines like jet, soft flow, winch, and cabinet as well as high speed jigger. |
Liquid, pumpable formulation miscible with water | Simple handling, suitable for automatic dispensing equipment. |

Application:
Dissolving / diluting
ADILON STAR is a protective colloid that can be diluted in all proportions by pouring on cold or warm water. ADILON STAR has a very pronounced dispersing effect on the impurities such as waxes and pectinates contained in raw cotton and on precipitated solids caused by hard water. It also has a moderate complexing effect on metal ions. This prevents calcium and magnesium ions from impairing the solubility of anionic dyes and their affinity for cotton.
- Virtually all the dye is taken up by the fibres when vat dyes derived from Indanthrone, are applied in hard water.
- Hydrolyzed reactive dyes are prevented from forming calcium salts, which are difficult to wash out, in hard water. ADILON STAR does not affect the shade or the fastness of textiles dyed with reactive or direct dyes that contain metals.
- ADILON STAR is low-foaming and has no affinity for anionic dyes.
- Exhaust Method:
– ADILON STAR – 0.5 – 2 gpl
– As a protective colloid or reactive levelling agent for improved performance. - Washing off process by Exhaust Method:
– ADILON STAR – 1 – 2 gpl
– MLR 1:10, Temperature 85 ⁰C for 20 – 30 Min. - Washing off process by Exhaust Method:
– ADILON STAR – 0.5 – 1 gpl
– As a dye bath Conditioner
FAQS
Cutting-Edge Fashion & Textile Solutions
ADILON FDA provides an effective deaerating action by eliminating trapped air in textile fibers during pretreatment processes. This ensures uniform wetting and penetration of treatment chemicals, leading to more consistent and high-quality results in dyeing and finishing.
Yes, ADILON FDA is highly compatible with anionic and non-ionic products, as well as enzymes used in desizing. It is also stable in acidic and alkaline conditions, making it versatile for various pre-treatment processes.
ADILON FDA is APEO-free, making it an eco-friendly detergent. It is stable under high temperatures and pressures, as well as in both acidic and alkaline environments. Its formulation aligns with environmental safety standards, reducing the ecological impact of textile processing.
For cotton, a dosage of 0.3–1.0% O.W.G is recommended when used with other scouring, bleaching, and desizing agents. For denim, a dosage of 2–5 gpl is advised, depending on the specific requirements of the process.
